Easy-Wine is a stock management system for small and medium-sized wineries of any category, it allows managing the stock of raw materials, pallets and finished products in an easy, fast and efficient way, minimizing errors and stock breaks that prevent a normal operation of the productive sector of the winery.
It is made up of a program in Excel, which generates movements of income and expenses depending on the process that is taking place.

STOWAGE PROCESS: For example, coco, bottles and type A wine are discounted from the stock of Raw Materials and the stock of type A stowed wine is increased

PRODUCTION PROCESS:It is deducted from the Stock of Raw Materials (Box, Label, Counter-Label, Bottle Separator, etc.), depending on whether it is a box of 6, 12 or 24 Units and the quantity of wines according to the boxes is also deducted from the Stowage stock. that were produced.

DISPATCH PROCESS: The number of boxes of the type of Wine dispatched is deducted from the Stock of Produced.
The stock of MP, Stowed and Produced is monitored at all times, indicating when the stocks are below the order point in order to generate purchase orders for raw materials, stowage orders or production orders.
