Easy-Tennis II is an Excel program with linking a Power Bi for monitoring the Tennis matches of an Interclub Tournament.

The reason for its development was the different problems identified when carrying out the monitoring manually with paper and pencil to carry out the control.

​

The problems identified and solved by using the program were the following:

​

• Difficult control of the Match Sheets on your confection (Sum of Double Cards 1 vs. Sum of Double Cards 2)

• Deficient control of team building (Players of higher categories playing in lower categories )

• Re-Categorization of Player Cards by performance in the previous season.

• Control of Club Registers (Age, Card, DNI, Date of Birth, etc.)

• Registration of the rival Players and their way of playing (Use at Club level of the program)

Its operation consists of two types of income from the lists of the matches played.

​

1) Confección Manual de la Planilla el día del Partido, y posterior envió a la Asociación de Tenis para su Registration

2) Confección de la Planilla de forma Virtual y envió a la Asociación para la importación de datos al sistema. (Coming soon)

• Management of all the TA Registers

• Inclusion of the Player File with their personal data (Emergency Telephone, Social Work, Address,  Social Work, Photo, etc.)

• Load the Schedule of the matches of all the Categories of the Inter-Clubs

• Module for tracking Players in their categories and changing category automatically according to the player's performance in past tournaments, possibility of crossing information with information from other tournaments held by the TA

• Access to the Database of all parties

• Obtaining information and indicators to measure the performance of the clubs

• Inter-club Position Table, with filters by Club, Gender, Category, Date, Home/Away, etc. Monitoring of Encounters, Matches, Sets and Games won and lost for each Club and Player and against which rival, on what date and Local/Away situation

• Control for the validation of the Match Sheets uploaded by the clubs, with the possibility of changing the result of a match and/or match, leaving comments on the reasons for the change.

• Link with Power Bi to track statistics in a graph form using a phone or tablet.

• Follow-up of the % of effectiveness of matches won and lost by Category, Gender, Singles, Doubles of each Club.

• Follow-up of Points Obtained from Local and Visitor against each of the Rivals.

• Follow-up of the Points Earned and Lost by the Players of each Club and against which Rival

• Statistics of Games Won and Lost per match and per Set (% of Games Won x Set and % of Games Won x Match)

• Monitoring of the Game characteristics of the players of a Club and its rivals, according to a subsequent analysis of the matches carried out by the players
