Easy-Ventas is a management software created on Excel and designed for businesses that have not yet taken the step of incorporating a management system that records the entry and exit of merchandise.
For Easy-Ventas, the management of information is paramount, it is based on correctly recording income and expenses, as well as monitoring the stock, reporting the income of $ per day, month and year, reporting which inputs are below of the reorder point and which orders are pending delivery at the supplier.
The conception of the project arose from the observation of businesses where many even today continue to write down their sales on paper and pencil, in a notebook or, in the best of cases, in a rudimentary Excel spreadsheet.
This causes the following problems:
1. Lack of instant information on the status of the business.
2. Missing sales statistics.
3. Lack of stock information
4. Lack of information on orders pending delivery by suppliers.
5. Lack of information on costs and profit margins.

The Easy-Ventas standard program has 11 Tabs and 4 Entry Forms:

Menu: There are buttons to enlarge or shrink the screen, call the entry form, update the database and log in.
Sales: This is where all the sales made are recorded.
Purchases: When a purchase order is made to the suppliers, the order and its pending are recorded in a PDF in the machine and in the PURCHASES tab, also in this tab the entry of the merchandise is made through 2 forms.
Orders to Make: This tab is used to see which items are below the minimum stock and indicates which ones must be ordered, in what quantity and which supplier. Once the order is placed, the information is saved in the "PURCHASES" tab and in a PDF by provider.
Pending Delivery: Condenses the information from the "PURCHASES" table and indicates which items are pending delivery and in what quantity.
Uni Analysis Table: Similar to the “SALES” table, it has information on the Month, Year, and Category of the finished product.
Sales Analysis: Dynamic Table with all the Sales information.
Stock x Deposit: Dynamic Table with Income and Expenditures.
Stock Analysis: Status of the stocks of each of the products.
Products: Description, Cost, Prices, Category, Profit Margin Supplier of each of the products.
Users: User and Passwords together with the release of sheets and global visualization (superuser only).
