I define myself as a methodical, orderly, decisive and proactive person; I like challenges, because they bring out the best in me in the search for the best solutions for them.

Both at work and on a personal level, solving problems of any kind gives me great satisfaction; the analogy with professional athletes is unequivocal, they enjoy their work without letting themselves be, I enjoy solving problems making both my work and my life easier.

Many times they are definitive solutions and others are palliative that, even without solving the root cause of the problem, serve to continue searching for the final solution, taking away the urgency and thus differentiating the urgent from the important and acting accordingly .

I live to devise, improve and change the world that surrounds me, from the micro to the macro, assuming that a solution, even if it is minimal, can generate great changes.
