Easy-ISO 14001 is a spreadsheet system for the Management and Monitoring of all the requirements of the ISO 14001 Standard
Different Excel files are used to record, monitor, analyze and make decisions for continuous improvement.
The monitoring of environmental indicators is of vital importance, in order to measure the environmental performance of a company and analyze over time if the decisions made and the resources invested (Time, Money and People) manage to reduce the environmental impact that the company generates on environment.
It is very common that companies always end up a at the last moment completing paper forms, filling out records, completing indicators, the last days and even in the last hours before the audit, loading information without analyzing and therefore ignoring the reasons why that information is to a greater or lesser extent expected and cannot attribute the famous "Causes" to them.
Easy-ISO 14001 allows information to be loaded quickly and in an orderly manner, in this way the time is used to analyze the information, with the consequent improvement in decision-making, which translates in a better investment of Time, Money and Resources.
Although the new regulations tend to reduce the documentation requirements, the objective evidence must be a physical or digital record of an activity carried out.
The spreadsheets developed are the following, they can be modified to adapt to the needs of the client and if it is necessary to generate new spreadsheets according to the problem detected in our client.
