Easy-Instructor II is the evolution of the Beta Version of Easy Instructor I

It is a management software created on Android and complemented with Excel or Google Sheets and Air Table, it was designed for Ski and Snowboard Schools but can be used for any item where you need to reserve shifts with some adaptations.

Unlike Easy-Instructor, this new version does not include the maps of the slopes, since the Ski and Snowboard centers did not show interest in providing the information and the time it took to complete them was a lot, if necessary, they could be loaded. .

For Easy-Instructor, the management of information is paramount, through an Excel or Google Sheets program, those in charge of managing the school upload the classes to each of the instructors, who then, through the Android App, are informed of the reservation details. classes they are in charge of.

The Excel or Google Sheets spreadsheet is used to manage reservations and avoid reservations  of 2 different classes for the same Instructor/Monitor at the same time, all the information managed in Excel and Google Sheets, then you must be sent to Air Table so that the App captures the information

Through the App the Instructors/Monitors log in and can perform the following actions:

1. Check assigned classes, filtering by day, time or student name

2. Know the level that each of your students has and know what they want to improve to know where to focus.

3. Locate the rest of the Instructors/Monitors on a map, being able to see the time and last location on a map and send them a WhatsApp message directly. They can also request the location of another Instructor / Monitor and request the update of their location via WhatsApp

4. Request Updated Location to any Instructor/Monitor

5. Carry out the Login to the School, through their phones and at a configurable distance, they will be able to perform the Entrance and Exit using the GPS of the phones, or scan a QR code when arriving at the school. All the information is recorded in Air Table and is then downloaded and managed by the program to be able to know the days and times in which the Instructors/Monitors worked,  obtaining essential information for the school, from a easily and quickly since the program receives the information and transforms it automatically.

6. They will also be able to report if they are giving classes or have already finished, and all the beginnings and endings of the classes they gave on the day.

7. All the information they manage in the app can send alerts via email or WhatsApp to the school

The conception of the project arose from the observation of the businesses dedicated to this activity, it was detected that in many businesses in the field the paper form was still used to carry out daily activities:

1. Lack of instant information on the status of the School (% of Occupancy, Distribution of Occupancy, etc.)

2. Lack of statistics to monitor the monthly and annual progress of the School

3. Lack of information on the location of the Instructors and Students in the Mountain

4. Using a lot of time to load the class.
