Easy-Instructor is a management software created on Android and complemented with Excel, it was designed for Ski and Snowboard Schools but can be used for any item where something needs to be reserved with some adaptations.

For Easy-Instructor, information management is paramount. Through an Android application, those in charge of managing the school upload the classes to each of the instructors, who are informed by email with the details of the reservation each time they are uploaded. as well as the students.

The Excel spreadsheet captures the information from the Fusion Table found in Google Drive and updates the Occupation Calendar, thus avoiding taking shifts for classes that have already been granted.

The conception of the project arose from the observation of the businesses dedicated to this activity, it was detected that in many businesses in the field the paper form was still used to carry out daily activities:

1. Lack of instant information on the status of the School (% of Occupancy, Distribution of Occupancy, etc.)

2. Lack of statistics to monitor the monthly and annual progress of the School

3. Lack of information on the location of the Instructors and Students in the Mountain

4. Using a lot of time to load the class.
