I'm going to comment on how the corrective and preventive maintenance control system works
The program is made up of a single Excel File, an Air Table Template and an Android APP
The program allows for strict control of the scheduled services on machines, equipment and vehicles of different kinds, as well as the monitoring of the repairs requested by the different sectors of the company and the communications of the technicians when they carry out the preventive services, which may or may not lead to corrective tasks.
Obviously, like the vast majority of the products in the "Easy" line, they target an unattended sector of SMEs which, due to ignorance or lack of time, or the combination of both, end up performing tasks inefficiently and at high costs, not due to the lack of knowledge of the technicians but due to the mishandling of the information, for example:
Failure to perform the Service or performances out of time.
A lot of time spent on loading information, and little spent on management.
Lack of statistics on the behavior of the equipment, vehicles or machines.
Missing de management flags.
Most of the time the failures hide behind the famous phrase "personal fault"
Inattention to the rest of the sectors that request corrective maintenance.

Easy-Service is a set of tools that comes to make up for this lack of resources for good maintenance management within a Factory or Company of any kind, since it is easy and quick to adapt.
Although it is a canned product, it has enough degrees of freedom to carry it out according to the Client's needs.

The service provided by Air Table is free, some functionalities such as sending alerts via email or connection to the google calendar and many other useful tools that it has are limited in the free version, but the use that is given with Easy-Service enough and enough.
BD MAN 01 MD Maintenance Form:
The equipment operators, through previously established and codified forms, inform the Maintenance Manager of the autonomous controls carried out on the machines and equipment.
The Maintenance Resp. through the Autonomous Service Entry module calls the equipment and all the control points on that machine or equipment are automatically loaded, carry out the loading of the information (Technician, Date, Equipment and Machine), as well as the result of the service and the observations that will later derive from being necessary in a corrective Service.
In addition, the information on the autonomous service calendar will be updated and the degree of compliance of the autonomous services will be updated in the "Models" tab.
Through a macro, the Maintenance Manager selects all the observations that warrant a corrective service and sends them to the "Daily Work" tab. The tasks requested by the sectors are also uploaded through the Web Form and those requested by the Technicians through the APP. In this sheet, a Technician will be assigned, the Importance (Urgent, Corrective, etc.) and the Classification (Electricity, Plumbing, etc.), then the new tasks will be selected and sent to the Air Table so that the Technicians can observe their assigned tasks and perform the same.
As the technicians resolve the tasks, they will be selected and in the "Resolved Tasks Tables" display, the Maintenance Manager will extract the information of the tasks performed and send them to the "Resolved" tab of the Excel database, by pressing A Button will update the information of the tasks in the "Daily Work" tab, changing the status of those that have already been carried out, and updating all the Dash Board indicators.
Although it seems a bit complex in practice, it is quite simple and for a company that currently manages this type of information in notebooks and paper spreadsheets, this is a step forward in improving efficiency, quality and cost reduction.

Reception of Information: The App receives the information from Air Table and each technician with their username and password will be able to see the tasks assigned to them
Sending Information: The technicians from the APP will modify the Air Table when they carry out the assigned tasks and will be able to report the task carried out to the Maintenance Manager via email or WhatsApp . when carrying out Preventive services according to the calendar.
Paper Form:
Sending of Information: For the autonomous Services, each operator will have a form where they must carry out the verification according to the frequency previously determined for each equipment, machine or vehicle. This information will be loaded by the Maintenance Manager in the Excel Database and, if required, assign the corresponding corrective tasks (Corrective Service), according to the "Type of Fault", "Severity of the same" to the technicians so that they can later see them in their app.
Web Form:
Sent de Information : The sectors of the company may request their repairs or needs through the FC Web from their PCs or Cell Phones
Database in Air Table:
Information Reception: Air Table receives information on the tasks performed by the technicians from the APP, the tasks requested from the sectors with the Form, and the tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Database in Excel:
Sent de Information: The Maintenance Manager loads all the information received in the Database, and assigns tasks to technicians, urgency, Type, Dates and send the information to Air Table
Information Reception: The Maintenance Manager downloads all the information from the Air Table to update the status of each task and observe the management indicators on the Dash Board of the Database
In addition, the Database has several Dynamic Tables, Graphs and Indicators to monitor the current status of compliance with the requested tasks and observe the evolution of the maintenance of the equipment, machinery and vehicles, as well as evaluate the compliance of the Technicians.
