Easy-Shopping, is an App made on Android, fully configurable according to the needs of the client

For businesses that have not yet taken the step to online sales, this app is fully functional for retail sales o mayoristas.

​

You can make purchases, queries or reservations.

​

With some modifications that are included it can be used for various ends of the chain, for example:

​

• Final Customer Order to Rotiseria/Bars/Restaurants/Super/Self-service/Warehouse/Clothes, etc.

• Order from the Super/Self-service/Warehouse to the Distributor

• Request from Preventer to Distributor

​

Your customers can make orders in an agile and orderly manner, avoiding having to write as much information and detail on WhatsApp, as well as customers who go to their premises will be able to place the order at the premises in advance and When you arrive at the premises, have the order ready to pay and withdraw.

Also this App can be used by vendors to pick up orders when they visit their customers.

The App is applicable to any item and customizable

It is easy for the client to manage and the information arrives organized and clear for the business.

There are several versions of the APP, according to the client's requirements, but they can be summarized in 2 large groups.

​

Easy-Shopping (Custom Version)

​

It is a personalized App with the Colors and Logos of the Business (Exclusive Design for the Client), where clients can log in or as a visit, load all the data they entered when they registered and must choose the payment method and the form of delivery.

Then, through drop-down lists, they will choose the category of the product they are looking for, the product and the quantity, that selection will go into a shopping basket, once the choice is over, they will be able to send the order by WhatsApp or Mail to the Business.

The information sent by WhatsApp or Mail will remain and can be managed in 3 different ways.

​

1. Through an "Excel Web" called Airtable you can manage your Orders or Reservations by capturing the information and managing it in an Automated Excel that I give you together with the APP​

2. If they use WhatsApp web or Mail they will be able to copy and paste the messages in a message converter that I give them and automatically generate the Remittance or Command to prepare the Order

3) Copy on paper the information received via WhatsApp or Mail

Easy-Shopping (Extended Version)

​

It is a more inclusive version of the App, the same one oriented to Cities, Municipalities, Shopping Centers, Galleries, Shopping, Community Fairs, etc.

​

The Purchase, Reservation and Consultation request methodology is exactly the same as the Personalized Version, the changes are that you can choose from the same app from a list of many businesses to whom you can make a purchase, reservation or consultation request.

Once they enter the app, a map will appear with all the businesses in the form of globes, you can filter the map by category, choose directly from the map or from a list, where all the business data will appear, once selected will go to the capture screen, you must choose which operation you want to perform.

The Apps have:

• Customer Registration and Login (Database with information on each customer and their passwords, possibility of blocking users)

• Choice x Product Category 

• Choice of Quantity

• Possibility of including discounts by type of client

• Online Reservations

• Information sent by WhatsApp and Mail of the information with a copy to the client.

• Registration in a Database of the orders requested, prepared and sent. (AirTable, similar to Excel, but online, easy to use)

• Database with all the information of the products easily updated, they are changed in the DB and automatically changed in the devices.

The required information is very little, only some business data is needed and after the RC 01 is completed, which is an Excel file with all the required information of the articles to be able to upload them to the web (Code, Description, Price and Category – Photos optional, although the app is much better)

If the business does not want to have the information of its products loaded, the app automatically switches to the simplified version where customers have to write what they need, but each product is arranged one below the other with its quantity requested on the side.
